Keeping up with responsibilities, managing emotions, and staying organized can feel like a constant battle, leaving you drained and frustrated. You may struggle with procrastination, impulsivity, or difficulty following through on tasks, which can impact your confidence, relationships, and daily life. But you don’t have to navigate this alone. I provide a safe, understanding space.
I specialize in supporting individuals with ADHD in managing overwhelm, improving focus, and navigating daily challenges. Using ACT, CBT, and EFT, we will create personalized strategies to strengthen your coping skills, boost your confidence, and empower you to make meaningful changes.

I warmly welcome individuals from all backgrounds and communities, offering support through a client-centered approach that is affirming of gender and sexuality, and rooted in anti-oppressive and anti-racist principles. I look forward to the privilege of joining you on your journey toward healing and transformation!
Professional Background
I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). I completed my Master of Social Work at the University of Toronto, in the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work. I have my Bachelor of Social Work as well as a Minor in Human Rights and Equity Studies from York University. My unique blend of expertise with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Trauma helps me guide clients through their challenges with compassion and empowerment.
I specialize in helping teens and adults who are facing challenges like anxiety, stress, depression, self-harm, and self-esteem issues, ADHD and trauma. I provide a safe and inclusive environment where you can feel comfortable exploring these challenges. Together, we will focus on achieving emotional balance and fostering personal growth.
On a Personal Note…
Hi, I’m Jasmine! When I’m not working with my amazing clients, you can usually find me exploring new hiking trails, camping under the stars, or savoring a vanilla iced latte at a cozy café. I’m passionate about travel and love immersing myself in different cultures—my recent adventures have taken me to some incredible places, and I always come back with fresh perspectives.
At home, I share my space with Popcorn, my mischievous yet lovable rescue bunny, who keeps me grounded and reminds me to enjoy the little moments. I also have a soft spot for crime thrillers, anime, and live music, and I never say no to dessert!
These personal joys inspire my approach to therapy. I value connection, growth, and finding balance, and I bring that philosophy into the work I do with teens and young adults. Life is full of challenges, but it’s also full of opportunities to discover what makes you thrive—and I’d be honored to help you on that journey.
