At the heart of every meaningful journey is a story, and ours begins with a relationship that shaped everything we believe about healing, growth, and connection.
As a mother-daughter team, we’ve experienced firsthand the profound impact that a strong, supportive relationship can have on a person’s life. Through life’s challenges, transitions, and moments of uncertainty, we’ve leaned on each other not just as family, but as partners in understanding, resilience, and care. That bond became the foundation for something much bigger than ourselves; it became the seed for Soul Tree Therapy.
We didn’t set out simply to create a psychotherapy practice. We set out to create a space that reflects what we know to be true: healing happens in connection, people thrive when they feel safe, and being truly heard can be transformative.
Too often, people move through the world feeling unseen, misunderstood, or judged. We’ve seen how isolating that can be, and how powerful it is when that experience is replaced with compassion, validation, and genuine support. That’s why, from the very beginning, our vision for Soul Tree Therapy has been rooted in creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where people can show up exactly as they are.
The name “Soul Tree” reflects what we believe about the healing process. Like a tree, each person has deep roots formed by their experiences, relationships, and inner world. Sometimes those roots need nurturing. Sometimes they need untangling. And sometimes, growth simply requires the right environment, with care, patience, and time.
Our role is to help cultivate that environment.
We approach our work with empathy, curiosity, and respect for each individual’s unique story. Whether someone’s navigating ADHD, hormonal health challenges, life transitions, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, we strive to meet them where they are. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we believe in collaboration and walking alongside our clients as they uncover their strengths, process their experiences, and move toward meaningful change.
Being a mother-daughter team also brings something special to our practice. It allows us to offer different perspectives while remaining deeply aligned in our values. At the core, we both believe in connection, authenticity, and compassion. These aren’t just professional principles for us. They’re lived experiences that inform every interaction we have.
We also understand that seeking therapy can feel like a big step. It takes courage to open up, to be vulnerable, and to trust someone with your story. That’s not something we take lightly. Our goal is to make that step feel more approachable by creating a space where people feel genuinely welcomed and supported from the very first conversation.
Psychotherapy isn’t only about working through challenges. It’s also about rediscovering your voice, reconnecting with yourself, and building a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.
Soul Tree Therapy exists because we believe everyone deserves that opportunity.
We believe in the power of being heard without judgment.
We believe in the strength that comes from connection.
And we believe that with the right support, growth is always possible.
This is more than our work. It’s our purpose.
